As someone who used to suffer from Anxiety, I still sometimes become anxious. When I become anxious, I take a deep breath and step back. I observe why I am anxious and pray to God to help rid anything unGodly from me. UnGodly can be sins, stress, Anxiety, depression, anger, and anything harmful to you. Pray to God to free you from the negative and replace it with peace. Jesus does not condemn you if you have Anxiety, not have Anxiety in the story where Peter and the disciples were on a boat. Peter saw a ghostly figure walking on water, and as it got closer, they realized it was Jesus. Peter said, "If it is you, Jesus let me come to you." Jesus said, "Come," and Peter walked out onto the water and walked towards Jesus. When Peter began seeing the waves crashing and all the storms around him, his Anxiety got the best of him, and he started sinking into the water and yelling for Jesus to save him. Jesus saved him and said, "Why are you afraid? Do you not trust me?" Trust in God, and you will receive. Have faith! God Bless You!
