Mental Illness

Mental illness is disorders that affect your behavior, mood, and thinking. There is four types of mental illnesses; mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Some of the usual symptoms to look for when you are wondering if you have it are; constant fatigue, physical pain, perfectionism, lack of emotions, and avoidance. The most common trigger for any mental illness is either trauma or genetics.
Clinical Depression
A mental health condition that consists of persistent depressed mood or loss of interest in activities. This mental illness causes a significant impairment in your daily life. This can lead to a range of physical or behavioral symptoms. Some of the symptoms to look for are angry outbursts, feeling of emptiness, slowed thinking or trouble thinking, frequent thoughts of death or suicide, and unexplainable physical problems with your body.


Anxiety
Anxiety is intense, excessive, persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. It is a disease when it affects your every day and is extreme. There is a faster heartbeat rate, rapid breathing, or a feeling of tiredness. The clams palms, tight feeling in your chest, or nausea are signs you might be anxious. High-functioning anxiety is widespread, and there are some things to look for. They may overthink. They may fear failure, have insomnia, tend to dwell on the past, and have nervous habits.
